8 easy steps

Selecting the correct patients
- Age 18-65
- Ability to continue outpatient or aftercare program
- No current or past history of cancer
- Males over 50 should have current PSA test
- No polycystic ovary syndrome
- No pregnant or breast-feeding women
- Female participants must be on birth control throughout the treatment
- Uncontrolled congestive heart failure, stroke, brain injury or seizure disorders at the discretion of the attending physician

Present Patient with DHEA Program
We provide information packets to all partner clinics with all relevant data to present in a detailed and concise way to those looking to break free of the prison of addiction.

Cognitive Testing
- Enter patient info onto Preddict.ai portal and begin testing.
- There are 2 sections to be filled out by the attending physician/counselor. (10 minutes)
- There are 6 sections to be completed by the patient. (45 minutes)

Application for treatment program
For countries with regulations surrounding DHEA our clinic portal will automatically enter all relevant information and apply for patient approval of treatment with their physicians sign off. Our system also helps to secure the correct DHEA dosage of the highest quality for patients in our program.

Blood Collection
- A blood sample will be collected at the time of admission to the rehab facility.
- In our portal once the blood sample has been taken an email with relevant forms will be sent to our courier provider to pick up and pack the blood samples at the clinic or Raheb facility for transport to the lab. (Courier will bring all necessary materials including dry ice to pack samples)

Determine Treatment Protocol
- Baseline levels of DHEA/DHEAs are taken from initial sampling.
- Algorithm adjusts levels and dosages every 30 days of DHEA to be used.
- Algorithm has built in stop signal when treatment should cease 1 - 6 month period.
- In summary, a conservative initial dosing with data-driven adjustments and standardized stop criteria allows a tailored protocol aiming for DHEA normalization on an individualized basis.

Outpatient and After Care
- Our algorithm will determine when the patient should stop with the DHEA dosage protocol
- A patient should if possible be able to return to the clinic to receive DHEA dose after being discharged from the clinic until stop signal given to achieve maximum success rate of non relapse.

Program Follow Up
- Contact patient 12 and 18 months after treatment to see if relapse has occurred.
- Enter on portal.
